Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return your purchase within 3-7 days of receiving the product, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, and is still in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and instructions intact.

  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., travel pillows, reusable water bottles).

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3-7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. GEARGO is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
